SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 10 am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Victorian, or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

All Australian and international orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

AUSTRALIA

All Australian orders include free shiping using Australia Post Parcel Post. Delivery times are between 3 – 7 business days.

NEW ZEALAND

All New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders over $100 AUD are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders under the value of $100 AUD are subjected to a $35 express shipping fee

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

· The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia

· Duties charged for processing by your country

Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon arrival Dash of Gold, being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable to the receiver. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Dash of Gold does not offer any assistance in this process.

Dash of Gold will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.

RETURN POLICY

Dash of Gold accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase for a “no-hassle” exchange or full store credit.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Dash of Gold cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.

Where a store credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.

Any bespoke or custom pieces, worn items, and items that are on sale cannot be returned for store credit. This does not include pieces that are pre-ordered through our online store.

Please note, as stated in our product listings, the images on each product page may differ from the final item received. As each piece is hand-made and the resin and clay can have slightly different color variations. Computer monitors can also have different color profiles that can display different color tones from the product.

FAULTY ITEMS

If a faulty item is received, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item and attached a high-resolution close-up photo of the faulty item in JPG format. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement or exchange will be offered.

Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all Dash of Gold items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or exchange.

The jewellery is custom made and the majority of our products are not made from precious metals, but rather from stainless steel metal. These metals will tarnish over time but can be cleaned by using jewellery tarnish removal products. Many environmental factors can affect the speed and intensity of tarnishing, storing with a tarnish prevention cloth will assist.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

Customers must contact Dash of Gold by email within 14 days from the date of purchase in order for store credit or exchange.

In order to process your store credit or exchange, please use our contact form with the following information:

  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • State your preference of store credit or exchange
  • For exchanges please specify the product to be exchanged with.
  • If the item is faulty, please upload images of the damaged goods

Australian orders must be sent via Registered Post.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed.

To cancel the order, log into your account on dashofgold.com, select the order, then click on the “cancel order” button.
