HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To make a purchase through the Dash of Gold online store, simply select the relevant product and click ‘Add to Cart’.

The cart icon on the top right of the screen will update to display the product selected. You can elect to complete your purchase, by clicking this icon and proceeding to the checkout by clicking ‘Checkout’ or continue shopping to add more items to your cart.

Once you proceed to ‘Checkout’, there are simple prompts to guide you through the purchase process. You will be required to enter both your Shipping & Payment information & agree to the Terms & Conditions of our online store. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE?

All transactions placed through the Dash of Gold online store are processed through Braintree Payments, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant service provider.

This system ensures fraud protection measures are maintained & cardholder data is secure & encrypted for buyer security.

DO YOU ACCEPT AFTERPAY?

Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your Dash of Gold purchases online. Confirm and receive your order, then pay it off in four equal instalments fortnightly.

Afterpay is currently available online for customers based in Australia only.

Afterpay is operated by Afterpay Holdings Limited, listed on the ASX.

To make a purchase using Afterpay you will need:

  • A debit or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • An Australian residential address

How to checkout using Afterpay:

  1. Add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout as normal
  2. Select Afterpay as your payment method* – you will be redirected to Afterpay
  3. Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment

Important information:

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option.

Transaction value limits apply to Afterpay purchases made online with Dash of Gold. These limits are subject to Afterpay limits and approval.

The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.

For first time Afterpay customers online, or customers yet to complete a full payment cycle with using Afterpay, the first payment will be taken at the time of transaction with the remaining three payments deducted each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks. For all future payments after the first completed purchase, the initial payment will be debited 14 days after the transaction, where the total transaction value is less than $500. If the purchase value is equal to or exceeds $500, the first instalment must be paid at the time of the transaction occurring.

If you are authorised to return your purchase for a refund, any payments already made will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge.

No exchanges can be made on Afterpay purchases; you would instead be issued an online store credit to use if authorised for an exchange.

When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details.

* If a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Occasionally, we produce some products in very limited quantities so to avoid disappointment, we offer customers a Pre-Order service. Pre-order allows you to secure your purchase, ahead of the piece being available for delivery.

Full payment is required for Pre-order, and notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

All prices are displayed inclusive of GST (10% tax). International orders are exempt from this tax, which is removed from the order subtotal after shipping information is entered at the checkout.

For further information about expected duty and taxes when importing to your country, please visit your relevant customs website.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received.

Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received & items prepared for dispatch. At this point a notification will be sent to your email account regarding the shipment information and tracking link. You can also find your tracking link in your account page by logging into dashofgold.com.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders within Australia are sent with Express Post, or Standard Post. Express Post will be received within 1–4 business days for Metropolitan areas, and 3-10 business days for Rural areas.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes definitely. Upon dispatch, customers will receive notification via email that includes full tracking information for their parcel. You will also be able to aquire the tracking number from the order under you account page.

Australian customers can visit the Australia Post website to track their order.

WHY IS MY CARD DECLINING AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, a declined payment is due to insufficient funds, an expired card or security limitations set by your credit card issuer.

We recommend contacting your credit card issuer or bank for further assistance. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Care team here.

CAN I PLACE A PHONE ORDER?

No, unfortunately we do not facilitate phone orders.

HOW LONG IS MY STORE CREDIT VALID FOR?

Store credit are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind you may cancel your order 30 minutes after your order has been placed.

To cancel the order, log into your account on dashofgold.com, select the order, then click on the “cancel” button.

DELIVERIES

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our courier services are as follows;

Australia Post Express Service, delivers within 1-4 business days.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10AUD.

Orders over $100AUD will receive complimentary express shipping.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes within Australia.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES?

Australian buers will pay 10% GST tax. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Dash of Gold is not responsible for delays due to customs.

In most cases, the parcel has been delivered and signed for by another person.

IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED?

Dash of Gold packaging is eco-friendly, recyclable and sustainable. The orders are delivered in the “No Issue” tissue paper and compostable bags, and come in the eco-friendly boxes that are FSC®-certified. Our jewellery pouches are also eco-friendly and are made from organic cotton. For every order you make, our “No Issue” Eco-Packaging Alliance will plant trees for you in areas of need. FSC® mark guarantees that the box you receive came from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.
